Worry Coping Cards Worksheet

Between sessions, clients need to practice coping skills. Worries happen each day of a person’s life, but they should not be strong enough to consume a person. That is why it is important to remember to use coping skills each day.

A great way to make sure a client remembers to use coping methods to manage worries is to give them tools to use between sessions. One tool that can be particularly helpful for clients to refer to between sessions is coping cards.
