Relationship Building: Shared Qualities

Relationships can be challenging. In any relationship, there are points of strength and points of struggle. In the more challenging times, it is important to be able to work as a team. The goal of resolving problems in a relationship is finding resolution, not winning an argument.

To be a strong team, each partner must be in tune with their shared qualities. Each partner brings strengths to a relationship. They have both individual and collective qualities that make them able to overcome life’s obstacles.
