Sleep Hygiene Worksheet

Insomnia and sleep issues are difficult to deal with and can be symptoms of a deeper underlying issue.

While sleep issues are something to be taken seriously, it is common for them to be due to poor sleep hygiene. Sleep hygiene is important to stay mindful of because our bedtime patterns can affect the quality of sleep. It is not uncommon for people who are suffering from sleep issues to find relief when improving their sleep hygiene. If clients are aware of their habits that are impacting their sleep, they may be able to make modifications to their sleep hygiene to improve the situation.
