Relaxation Techniques Worksheet

A major part of learning how to cope with stress, anxiety and other mental health disorders is to learn effective relaxation techniques. Relaxation techniques are a critical part of maintaining good mental health. They are needed for different areas of your body, and without them you cannot properly cope with stress, anger and other upsetting feelings.

Clients tend to not have effective or proper relaxation techniques. This causes them to struggle when coping with challenges and obstacles in life. A great way to teach clients how to relax is to have them collaborate with other affected clients.
